Cytokine release assay

Drug efficacy/toxicity assay- option 1. Notes: This assay is useful for assessing efficacy and/or toxicity of drug compounds to immune response and 3D cultures.
FITC-dextran uptake assay. Notes: This assay is useful for characterizing uptake of different sized molecules to 3D matrices. May also be used to assess other dextrans or chemical agents labeled with different fluorochromes
