Return Policies/Procedures

  • If there are concerns with your orders, please contact us- we are here to help.

  • Upon delivery, please examine your purchases immediately to make sure items have been received as ordered.If items arrived damaged or if item was shipped incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. For a refund, please return items with 14 days of receipt. For an exchange, please return items within 30 days of receipt.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact orders@fenniklifesciences.com with a request or exchange, reason for return or exchange, and attach a receipt or proof of purchase with the email. Items that were delivered as damaged or shipped incorrectly can be exchanged at no additional fee.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return merchandise unused (ie. in the same condition as received), and in original packaging.  For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Fennik Life Sciences, please return to us, not to the manufacturer. Please ship merchandise via USPS, Fedex or UPS to:

       Shipping costs on original purchase and returns may not be refundable.

       Exchanges will be shipped free.

  • After we have received your valid return, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or a check.

  • While we strive to be flexible, refunds or exchanges may be limited if products are returned: used, defaced, if they are returned in sub-standard packaging causing them to be damaged during delivery, and/or if they are returned beyond the timeframes listed.

  • Orders that have been already been processed may not be canceled.
