3.Assess cytokine release into test chamber by ELISA or other biochemical methods

MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were cultured in collagen in duplicate TheraKan devices for 24 hours. Media was sampled in the test chamber for IL-6 secretion by ELISA.
